Available for rent from October 2007. Katie’s Villa
is a brand new property with stunning views of the main lake
from the master bedroom, second bedroom, breakfast room and
pool area.
Katie’s Villa has been fully certified and licenced
for 'short term' letting by the State of Florida.
Prices for the villa are per week, not per person.

- Rates are subject to change without notice, until booking
is confirmed.
- Rental includes all utility bills, local telephone calls,
clean bed linen, towels and all taxes.
- All bed linen and towels are provided, but we ask that
you provide your own beach and pool towels.
- A local management company is on call for your peace of
mind.
- Pool heat, if required, is £125/$175 per week in
addition to the above charges (recommended between October
and April).
- Your villa will be professionally cleaned before and after
your stay. There is no charge for this, but stays of less
than 7 days will incur a cleaning charge of £60/$105.
The pool is cleaned and maintained fortnightly at no extra
cost.
- A non-refundable deposit of £100/$180 per week
is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
Final payment is due 8 weeks prior to departure. A refundable
security deposit of £150/$250 is required with the
final payment. This will be returned, in full, after completion
of your stay - following a satisfactory inspection for loss
or damage by the Management Company. Payments by Credit
Card attract a 3% handling surcharge.
- Due to the risk of allergies, unfortunately, we are unable
to accept pets.
- For the comfort and consideration of present and future
guests, the villa is a non-smoking home. However, smoking
is permitted on the lanai patio area and we would ask that
you use the ashtrays provided. The cost of any damages caused
by cigarettes will, unfortunately, be passed back to the
guest.
- We strongly recommend that all guests have adequate travel
insurance.
